Francis Ontonyin is a lawyer who is currently Of-Counsel Partner at Merton & Everett LLP. He brings an impressive breadth of legal expertise and academic excellence to the team, making him an invaluable addition to our firm. 

He is currently a law lecturer at the University of Ghana School of Law, where he teaches corporate tax, constitutional law, and company law. He also serves as a Legal – Contracts & Compliance Specialist in Canada and an associate at Reindorf Chambers (DLA Piper Africa).
