Ernestina Ponaa Dassah is a dedicated legal practitioner and a member of the Ghana Bar Association in Good Standing.

As an accomplished and trained lawyer with extensive research expertise, she brings a wealth of experience in various legal domains including corporate and commercial law,ADR, labor law,human rights law, government administration, family law,etc.

Before joining Merton & Everett LLP worked in the  government sector as well as  private legal law firms where she honed her skills in legal writing and communications,compliance,governance and ethics.She is passionate about enhancing her legal skills and knowledge in different areas of the law such as policy development to better serve society, particularly women, and to contribute meaningfully to the country.

Ernestina is also keen on exploring emerging areas of legal practice such as Technology law, blockchain,Intellectual Property law,cybersecurity law, and energy law.
